I had a problem with the lid on my CamelBak bottle after using it for a while, i wasn’t even sure if it would be covered under warranty. I sent over a quick message with a few photos, and they got back to me faster than I expected.

The support team was super friendly and didn’t turn it into some drawn-out hassle. They sent me a replacement part, and it showed up quickly. Really impressed with how easy the whole thing was

I’ve tossed this in my bag with my laptop stuff and it’s been fine. One time the lid wasn’t fully clicked shut and a few drops got out, but that was my fault. Overall, it’s been solid.

I’ve been really happy with my CamelBak bottle so far. Cleaning it is such an easy process compared to my old one, the lid pops apart quickly, and I can actually get inside without struggling. It also doesn’t hold onto any weird smells after washing, which is a big plus.

I picked up a CamelBak for my weekend rides, mostly because I was tired of juggling water bottles, and it fits better than I expected. The straps sit comfortably on my shoulders and didn’t really rub, even after being out for a few hours.

I’ve been using my camelbak bottle for hikes and taking it to work for a few months now, and it’s held up really well. I took off one star because the bite valve can be a little annoying to clean, but overall it’s been a tough, reliable bottle.
